  • Bespoke Installation: Led the 3D design and customer journey mapping for the «Glow Bar»—an innovative Armani makeup concept.

  • Strategic Rollout: Oversaw the full production and implementation for high-profile locations, including Sephora Champs-Élysées and Galeries Lafayette Nice, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury aesthetics and functional retail design.

Operational Excellence & POS Management

  • New Boutique Openings: Spearheaded the retail rollout for new points-of-sale, including planogram studies, SAP procurement, and invoicing.
